Empire Football League to Host Fortieth Anniversary Celebration
The Empire Football League will be hosting a celebration of their fortieth anniversary on Saturday evening January 30, 2010. Invited are past commissioners, coaches/owners of former championship teams, EFL members inducted into the AFA Hall of Fame, EFL Game Officials, as well as current league members.
An invitation is extended to the public to attend the festivities at the Crystal Ristoranti , 72 Lyon Street, Amsterdam, NY. The event starts with a social hour and cash bar at 6:00 pm, followed by a buffet style dinner at 7:00 pm. The event cost is $25.00.
This promises to be a festive occasion with friendships and "old rivalries" renewed, not to mention the war stories.
