The Empire Football League formally concluded its regular season schedule on September 19th. The playoff format will consist of the top 6 teams and playoffs are scheduled to start September 26th.
The Binghamton at Quebec game previously scheduled for August 8th was not played due to a scheduling mix-up. This game had previously been ruled as a game not played pending a decision at the September 20th Season Conclusion meeting. The EFL's Judiciary Committee officially ruled this game as a "no fault" forfeit awarding the win to the Quebec Titans.

- Plattsburg hosts Massena
- Binghamton hosts Vermont
October 3rd
- Watertown hosts winner of Sept 26 game (lowest seed)
- Quebec hosts winner of Sept 26 game (next seed)
October 10th EFL Championship – Hosted by highest ranking winner of the October 3rd games
